The Cordes en Folie Website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during maintenance periods or events beyond our control.

Cordes en Folie shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions of service or any damages resulting from website unavailability.


3. Products and Creations

The products offered on the Website are handmade macramé creations crafted with care and attention to detail.

As each piece is individually handmade, slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance may occur compared to the photographs displayed on the Website.

These variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and should not be considered defects.


4. Orders

Any order placed through the Website constitutes acceptance of the applicable Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including shipping address and contact details.

Cordes en Folie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, non-payment, or any other legitimate reason.


5. Prices

All prices displayed on the Website are listed in euros (€).

Prices may be changed at any time; however, products will be charged at the price in effect when the order is placed.

Shipping costs are displayed before the final confirmation of the order.


6. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Accepted payment methods include:

Payments are processed through secure payment providers, including Shopify Payments.


7. Shipping

As all creations are handmade, a production period of approximately 4 business days to 3 weeks may be required before shipment, depending on the size and complexity of the item.

Orders are delivered within mainland France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on seasonal demand or circumstances beyond our control.


8. Returns and Refunds

Custom-made and personalized products are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once production has begun, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

For non-customized products, customers may be entitled to return rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
