Handmade and Personalized Creations

All creations offered by Cordes en Folie are handcrafted with care and attention to detail.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each piece is unique and may show slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance compared to the photographs displayed on the website.

These variations are a natural part of the artisanal process and should not be considered defects.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

Exception for Personalized Creations

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products.

Therefore, any custom-made macramé creation, including products made to specific dimensions, colors, or designs requested by the customer, cannot be returned or refunded once the order has been confirmed.

Standard Products

For non-customized items available in stock, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and carefully packaged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products or Order Errors

Although every product is carefully inspected before shipment, if you receive an item with a significant defect or if an error has occurred in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include clear photographs of the product and a description of the issue.

Depending on the situation, an appropriate solution may be offered, including repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
